No, the OVN occurs something between WTC 2 and WTC 3 (you do find out exactly when, but only at the end).
So, the correct order will be WTC Redux (which will be renamed when the backgrounds have been updated), WTC 2, WTC 2 - Part 2 (to be announced), WTC OVN and WTC 3 (already on Steam but not available until the end of the year/early next year) #wtc
