Crypchania is a open world rpg where you follow a main story line about Victor who needs to deliver a package to the Western isles. But before you can get there, there are some stories to follow, secrets to unravel and side quests to fulfill.

Crypchania is a multiplatform, multiplayer game with a few small coöp maps where you and your friends need to help or to race each other.
The game contains adult content (naked sprite) alcohol (displayed bottles in bars and such) and a side quest with drugs references (mermaids that are getting shelled). All can be switched off the moment before you begin your adventure.
The main story is about Victor a delivery guy who needs to deliver a package for a girl he just saved. Before you can deliver the package, you need to find a pirate called Morgane who seems to be the only one who can reach the adress by ship. As you adventure through side stories and quests, you learn more about the world of crypchania and the containings of the package which will endanger the whole world where you live in
The main story contains around 40 hours of gameplay. There over 25 side quests that has a total 30 hours of gameplay.
The game makes use of save points that can be activated with save crystals.
