Reditus: Ashes of Heremus

Augustus is a pragmatic engineer, still clinging to the ashes of a world his god destroyed. Caesar, his son, was born among those ashes and dreams of escaping them. Drawn into the Heremus—a vast desert wasteland hiding the secrets of the world before the Shaking and the prison that has trapped their people for generations—father and son set out with very different hopes. Augustus believes he can restore their fallen god and redeem his people. Caesar isn't so sure. He believes the corruption consuming the Heremus lies rooted beneath the sands.
